The CMS used in the Oxford University, particularly OULS is a PHP based CMS called MySource Matrix from Squiz.net

One of the objectives of the implementation of this CMS is to reinforce the design of the pages withing the University. Despite being unified you can have differentiation of some styles, but basically colour schemes.
